Lionel originally graduated from Manchester University as a Physicist
and spent 27 years in the electronics industry. In his own words "After
being drawn into Hypnotherapy as a means to put my own life into perpective
I subsequently trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH)
where I gained both the LCCH Certificate and a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis.
Although qualified and registered to practice with the British Society
of Clinical Hypnosis I remain committed to an ongoing programme of professional
improvement through postgraduate training with the LCCH and other bodies."
I have been in private practice for 2 years and as well as helping people
with lifestyle issues such as smoking and eating habits i offer a sympathetic,
safe and drug free, patient centered approach for a wide range of anxiety
and stress based conditions. Any condition causing undue stress such as
phobias, panic attacks, low self esteem/confidence and coping with chronic
illness can often be alleviated with hypnotherapy.
Whilst stopping smoking is usually accomplished in a single intensive
session, more complex problems often require additional sessions.
